                      Introduction to Cyclonic Plate Tower Equipment

        The cyclonic plate tower is a highly efficient and energy-saving mass transfer and absorption device, suitable for the absorption treatment of dust-laden exhaust gases. It is widely used in dust removal, degreasing, ash removal, flue gas treatment, and more.

 1. Excellent mass and heat transfer efficiency; 2. Good anti-clogging performance, easy to operate; 3. High gas-liquid load, minimal mist entrainment, low tray pressure drop, and small system resistance; 5. Superior dust removal and absorption performance, with an absorption rate of over 95%.  Since August 2015, our company has invested in large winding machine equipment, allowing the tower body to be formed in one continuous winding process without welds, ensuring excellent strength.

Process flow design: Main exhaust pipe→Duct→Primary absorption tower→Secondary absorption tower→Adsorption tower→Fan→Exhaust stack→Liquid storage tank→Circulation pump→Liquid storage tank→Circulation pump.
